How much meat from a 150 lb deer?

If 150 lb is the field-dressed weight, about 72 lb of boneless meat. If 150 lb is the whole deer, it is about 106 lb field dressed and 51 lb of meat.

What is field-dressed weight?

The weight after the insides are taken out. Wyoming says it is about 70% of the whole deer.
